If we decide to move forward, I’ll send you digital paperwork to complete in the comfort of your own home. Because I am a private-pay provider, your care remains strictly between us. No insurance companies or outside parties will determine how many sessions you can have or have access to your private records. This allows us to focus entirely on your healing at a pace that feels right for you.
Since we meet virtually, you can join sessions from wherever you feel most comfortable. To protect your privacy and the quality of our work, you will just need:
A Private Space: A quiet spot where you can speak freely without interruptions. Confidentiality is a priority in my practice and is carefully maintained at every step of this process.
The Tech: A reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone (laptop, tablet, or smartphone).
A Safe Environment: Ethically and for your safety, I cannot conduct sessions while you are driving. If you are on the road, we will wait to start until you are parked in a safe, stationary location. (Please note that if we must reschedule because you are driving, a late cancellation fee will apply).
Once the logistics are settled, we’ll begin our 50-minute sessions. I will check in regularly to make sure telehealth is the most effective format for you. If it ever feels like it isn’t the right fit, we’ll discuss the best next steps for your care together.
